Hey everybody, I'm new here. I picked up my M3-s a week ago here in Illinois and I love it. I have a question though... How many of you that are having problem are living in Canada? It seems to me like many of the problems are happenening on the Canadian M3. Is this true or are there any of you from the U.S. that are having the same problem?

I don't have a problem with it. I still love the car even it it does have a few bugs. I just have been noticing that a lot of people that are having problems are from Canada.

HEY MDBOBBY. AS FAR AS I KNOW.THE AIR BAG ISSUE HAS TO DO WITH MOISTURE .THERE IS WATER ENTERING THE CONNECTOR AT THE FRONT CRASH SENSOR, CAUSING RESITANCE ISSUES WITH THE AIR BAG SYSTEM.THERE IS A FIX FOR THIS. CANT TELL YA NOW THOUGH.WILL FIND OUT AND LET YA KNOW.

I don't wanna deal with it. I traded in my TDI golf because it was a technologically advanced (more so than the mazda 3 in my opinion) car and had all kinds of bugs and cost a fortune to fix all the time. I even bought this car over one I wanted more (2004 prius) because I figured that being a highly advanced car would be buggy. So now I'm gonna get the same thing.

I just need to start buying beaters.

In 5000 miles I shouldn't have any problems I am not going to defend this thing. I liked my tdi golf too but it kept having problems so I bought this car.

Well, when you find that flawless modern car that has zero technical glitches and has 100% flawless mechanicals, let me know. I'll get one too. I am thinking a single-speed bicycle might be your best bet.
