Mazda 3 vs. Millenia?

I am looking at a new mazda 3 (GT, GFX, maybe leather) and love the look of it. The only thing holding me back is the Millenia S, they are amazing looking and from what i've found while researching is reliable and powerfull.
Pros vs Cons?
I am also worried that the mazda 3 will become a civic, inthat everyone and their cousin will get one. Used Milly and Mazda 3 are comparable in price, but the 3 is new as apposed to a used where unless you know the previous owner you really don't know what you are getting into.
I know this is is alot of personal preference, but from the technical standpoint, what you guys think?

go for the 3 unless the millenia S (hopefully you are looking at the 99-00 which are my fav.) has less than 25-30k miles on it

i'd go with the 3 myself only because it's brand new and u have the warranty on ur back. buying used is always a risk.

Go with the 3s, you can only be unique in this day and age if you have a couple hundred thousand to spend on a car. Your bound to see any new car you buy for a resonable price everywhere you go.

My woman has a 96 civic ex, love the car but it has nothing on the preformance edge like the mazda3. When I was test driving cars to buy I did not even look at the civic because the civic si starts base at $19,000 with a rediculous starting apr interest rate of 8.9%! And the new civic is designed uuuugly!
An inflated price and interest rate with a few of the features that are standard in the mazda3. No Thanks.

i would go with the 3 as well. You will be much safer going witha new car with a full warrantee. you never know what that milly has been up to in the past.

go with the 3, its new and you have a warranty, I doubt it will be the next civic, and even if it does that will be a good thing a few yoears down the road resale wise.
