My engine light came on today and it won't go away. Does anyone know what could be the cause?

I took it in and they hooked the computer to it. Here's what they found:
P0456 - EVAP SYSTEM AND P0442 EVAP SYSTEM LEAK.
They flashed the software to the latest rev. The engine line went away.
