Wink

Boy I want one more than ever now!! I had a blast driving it.
I drove the HB in that lava orangey color. AT, moonroof, cloth, sport package.... everything I want but HIDs and the color.

It was definitely fun to drive, the salesman didn't push me or treat me like an airhead chick, and he let me drive on the highway and on regular roads too... let me take it whereever I wanted, and was like "yea this on ramp is a blast, lets you really feel the handling", haha. I had fun. Sure beats goin' to class, that's for sure!!

Maybe if I see my grandparents this weekend I can work on them a bit more about getting me one for graduation. The outlook looks pretty good for it, but maybe I can hurry it up a little

Rach

glasd to hear it. I couldn't be happier with mine. It definately helps when the sales guy is nice and lets you actuallly drive it. the first time i took one on a test drive he threw me the keys and i had it out over an hour. way better than those jerks who come with you and talk the whole time and only let you go around the block.

Well I'm not 100% about my grandparents buying me a car, but I'm getting surer and surer as time goes on. Besides, would it be right for them to buy 1 grandchild a car and not the others (they for sure have the money)? They can't offer one $20K and not anyone else. It's not my fault I want something better than a Civic EX Coupe :P Haha. But I haven't asked them, and I don't plan on it. That's just not right. If they offer, I'll take it. If not, I'll deal.

The car I currently drive belongs to my parents and will most likely be given to my bro after this year (kinda his graduation present I guess... he's getting an Associate's this May). Tho if I'm offered to keep the Camry, I suppose I may for a bit so I can save up and get what I really want later on. But we'll see what happens. So far the hints point to Nani and Papa offering me a $20K car budget, just like they did Dana. WOO!

Cool

On a different, more entertaining note, I am home for the weekend and went Friday with my mom to show her the 3.. We also had the guy bring out a 6 for us, but just checked out the 3's in the showroom.
Poor sales guy...
My mom kept asking him questions, including the safety features on both cars, the engine in the 3, the colors and what colors come with the blue interior on the 3 (which is what I like).
The sales guy could barely answer her questions, and it got to the point where I just began to. And when he DID answer them it was really half-assed. And apparantly he was the "3 guy". WTF?! My mom got a kick out of it tho, telling me, "Gee, after talking to you I'm sure he feels like a bigger idiot than he was at the beginning of the day!!" HAHAH!

To top it all of, he flat out asked me to work for the dealership and sell cars.
I figure if I can't get a real job in advertising after graduation I can at least go there, do the ads for that dealership group (they owner has a bunch in the area) and sell cars on the side. Then I'd get a new car every few months and wouldn't have to pick just one

Crazy, stupid sales guy.
All I can say... YAY for doing RESEARCH!!!
