Mine had 500 some miles on it when I bought it, they drove it in from a dealership in Chicago to trade it for another one. Kinda pissed me off at first, but I got over it. As long as my warranty started from where the mileage was when I took delivery, that's all I really cared about, and it did. You can find out the dealer invoice on edmunds.com and use that for bargaining, but you probably shouldn't expect to pay any less than a few hundred dollars over their invoice. I was able to get by with no negotiating, but only with the S-plan for Ford employees (one in my family). I'd say just find the invoice price with the installed options, see how much lower the invoice is than what they're offering, and if it's close, go for it. You won't be disappointed. My dealer said there's almost no markup on 3's, and it makes it real hard for him to sell 'em, because people think he just doesn't want to deal. Apparently there's just not much room for negotiation. For example, the sticker on mine was 15,2 I think, and I paid exactly the invoice price of 14,1. Not a huge difference really. Hope that helps, good luck, let us know what you decide.
Gee, I hope you got that extra 500 miles in writing. 4yr/50k, whichever comes first, period.

Always remeber, a good deal is a state of mind. If you think you got a good price, you did!

Actually, S plan is really about $25 - $26 under invoice.
