Not much you can do for a defective part that lasts beyond the warranty. Tensioner pullies typically fail due to bearing wear. Ones that fail prematurely may have suffered from out-of-spec bearings when manufactured.

It definatley sounds like a leaky exhaust pipes though. So hopefully that is the problem. It doesnt affect the ride at all, I just notice it every once in a while if I drive with no radio. I'll probably have the dealer check it out when I go in for my first oil change. It just makes me feel a little better that some one else thinks its an exhaust problem as well.
Yeah! I agree with this one. It seems that the the noise came out from the exhaust pipes. I've encountered this problem too and have it repaired.
