Mazda 3 2006 total damage without the airbags opened

I'm from Egypt and i own a mazda 3 for 1 and half a year from the official dealer (distributer) here in Egypt called "Ghabbour". I had an accident with my car on the highway when front right tire blew accidently causing the car to hit a wall at 100 KM/hr and the car was turned upside down with serious damage in its front part as all the accident was with the front of the car. The problem now is that during the accident the 2 AIRBAGS in my mazda didn't open which caused damages to the driver and the one sitting beside, if anyone could help with whom exactly to contact for that purpose as i really need to take an action concerning the damages happened due to the non-effieciency of the airbags and the car's safety. I have pictures for the car showing everything in it and every part damaged, and the airbags unopened.
I forgot to tell u also that my car is still in the official warranty and it made only 14000KM.

Can you post the pictures here? For legal action you d better talk to a law person in Egypt. I hear M3's airbags causes so much trouble. The warning lights come on all the time.. And the crash test in youtube shows the belt does not even lock!
