2004 mazda 3s door locks

I'm new to the site. I have a 2004 3s 45,000 miles. All of a sudden only my drivers side door opens with the key and the remote. The other doors can only be opened from the inside manually. I've turned the key counter-clockwise(as per the manual) i've taken off the negative on the battery to reset , still not working. I'm a female please help me!!!

Just to confirm, the "lock" button on the front doors (inside) will not lock/unlock all the doors and the only way you can unlock the non-driver's doors is by physically flipping the lock switch by the handle?
