Ran out of gas in my Mazda 3 today. Put gas right back in the tank and it flows at the disconnect to the injector rail. The engine does not even sputter. How do I prime the injectors to getthe engine started? Are there any tools/parts I need to get first. I saw something about pulling the injector clips, and I also saw where the manual link said that the clips are a one removal item that I would need to replace with new once I pulled the old ones off.
Is this even the right thing to do or is there some sort of override that can be done to prime the jets.

On millenia, we short two pins in diagnostic box to turn fuel pump on. I dont know if 3's diagnostic box has the same layout but if you wanna see which pins we use search for fuel filter replacement under millenia.
