Ran out of gas in my Mazda 3 today. Put gas right back in the tank and it flows at the disconnect to the injector rail. The engine does not even sputter. How do I prime the injectors to getthe engine started? Are there any tools/parts I need to get first. I saw something about pulling the injector clips, and I also saw where the manual link said that the clips are a one removal item that I would need to replace with new once I pulled the old ones off.
Is this even the right thing to do or is there some sort of override that can be done to prime the jets. |
