2007 uk Mazda 3 Passenger Air Bag

Hi guys I a have just bought a second hand 2007 Mazda 3. I want to know how to turn off the passenger air bag for when we put a baby carrier on the front seat. I have looked in the manual and it says something about a switch next to cigarette lighter but there isn't one on my car.

Your child younger is over than 12 they seat front seat but your child younger than 12 they must never seat front seat with active airbag in front of team. You can enable the driver to switch off the airbag. But it should be switched on again, than using adult seat.I hope advice useful for you

it is usually located under the drivers side air vent where switches for fog lights, tcs, etc would be. not all mazda 3 cars have this feature though. your dealer should be able to fit one easily enough if your car doesn't have one.
