08 Mazda 3 musty smell after rain

Hello, I am new at this forum. This might have been covered before, but I couldn't find much. I have a 08 Mazda 3 with 20k. I notice after a few months of ownership that every time there is rain, the air inside the car is very damp and it smells. It also smells after AC use. It is a musty odor that is always there.

First, has anyone had this problem, particularity, with Mazda 3s? What did you do to resolve it? I am trying to find out if Mazda 3 has a design flaw, which causes this. My research points to two thing; the AC drain and the sunroof drain. There might be other causes. Does anyone know where the AC drain is on Mazda 3? A picture or a diagram would be very helpful. I will keep you posted. Thanks in advanced.
