Sound during switching transmission and fuel consumption

Hi ,all

I have Mazda 3 Neo Sedan 2009 mileage 11500 km. I bought demo car from dealer two month ago with mileage 11000km.
From first day when I switch transmission from park to reverse or to drive I listen squeaking sound. During driving everything is OK.

I brought car to the Mazda service center and they three days looked for the reason of it.
They replaced left and right control arms but nothing absolutely changed ( I mean sound). By the way I paid attention that engine mount from passenger side has small oil leak.
May be somebody had the same problem?

And my second question . What is normal fuel consumption for Mazda3 Neo 2L in city.
My calculation ( not car computer ) showed me 11,8 L/ 100km. I am calm driver and I
think that is a lot.
For example when I drive my Holden Commodor 3.8 L mileage 210000km I have 14
L/100km.
