Default Noisy serpentine belt tensioner pulley

I tried to find a replacement pulley at Auto Zone today for my 2.3 engine and the tech. told it was not a serviceable part. I have a noisy pulley and thought I would replace it; any ideas?

The whole pulley is very expensive from mazda. What we do here, including me, is to change the bearing in the middle. It can be pressed out and new bearing can be pressing in easily. I dont think it even needs a press at all. The bearings are less than $10 in napa IIRC. You need two for millenia.

Napa #6203-2RSJ (for Mazda Millenia)

edited.

Yup, same size as the 2,5 then (6203). It needs only one bearing though. Easily pressed out with a vice and some sockets.

On the previous layout we could easily see which section the thread was posted, how come we don't now? Would prevent such mistakes. Just a suggestion
