In the small "toy car" section, what is the weapon of choice amongst consumers ?

There is a huge difference.... There are way too many consumers attempting to drive what they buy .

Big seller around here seems to be the 350Zs and the G35 coupes. Many S2000s and Boxsters. Seems to be a varied market. No real strong lead in the TOY category though. Very few Miatas, a small amount of Cooper S convertibles, and those **** ugly Bug drop tops.

Not fond of the name - sounds like "Kabul", which is decidedly unsporty.

However, I love the concept and I'd expect the styling to be smoothed out a bit before production - that's what happened to the RX-8, anyway.

There's not really anything on the market currently that competes directly with a car like this - yeah, there's the Mini, but that's really a love-it-or-hate-it styling proposition. (I'm of the opinion that the "new" Mini has not aged as well as the original did.)

Really, this car is kind of like a new MX-3...I like that idea, especially with RWD.

Current mods: Tint (20%), clear front corners, LED signals and tails, Silverstar headlamps, Clutch Masters clutch kit, Pioneer MP3 deck and speakers, wood-look dash trim, custom intake
Upcoming mods: Front strut brace (soon), Eibach springs and new struts (sooner)
Planned mods: Sports brakes, new exhaust, 18-inch OZ rims, factory fog lamps, short-shift kit

I am definitely not a "one-monther."

It does not recieve the BHR seal of approval. Is that a CLEAR engine cover on the hood?

“Kabura” is a Japanese term taken from “KABURA-ya”, an arrow that makes a howling sound when fired and was historically used to signal the start of a battle. The “first arrow into battle” depicts Mazda’s spirit of pursuing unique and exciting ventures - such as the rotary engine.
