Hi all, just lurking here from the Miata forum, thought I'd share some pics and info on the upcoming Kabura that I heard wind of today since I didn't see any info on here. Rumored to be based on the Miata and sharing the same engine, this car will seat either 3 or 4 passengers. Price should be under $20,000. Mazda Kabura Press Release

wow that is hideous!

its like the grille of an Accord, the front end of the Skyline Concept Car, the rear 1/4's of a 350z, and the rear and of a transformer!

no no no

Aww, c'mon Shadow, it's not that bad ! How does it open at the back. Can't make out any trunk access (if there's supposed to be any !)

it looks like just the hatch window pops up probably...

and yea, it is that bad, it looks like a very 'origional ' car when you first glance, but if you look closely, it is just a hodge-podge of stolen vehicle cues...

You can only rejig a car design so many times before it does like somebody else's work unless designers are going to go true concept all the way.

I'm not a fan of the small sporty numbers but it would warrant a second look if I saw it in the street.

And you've got to be right about the hatch window.
