Remote Start in my CX-9

HELLO,I NEED THE WIRE DIAGRAM FOR THE CX9, DID IT COME WITH THE FACTORY KIT? DID YOU USE THE FACTORY KIT?

I have a installer trying to do mine and my installer is stuck, he can not get the alarm to lock/unlock properly. Its a Python 2 way 990 model alarm/remote start. I also had to order a proximty module a 1101T so hopefully that will get the remote start to work but they dont know about the lock/unlock.

If you have any info that can help I would appreciate it.
