Can a 2010/2011 GT smartfob be programmed to work on a 08 gt?
Newbie here to the forums. Just purchased an 08 GT w/power lift. The 2010 and 2011 CX-9 GT's are using a new smartfob that has the same buttons, but is more compact now, more durable. Can this new style GT fob be programmed for a 2008? I have called about 8 dealers across the country, and they have never tried it and can't give me an answer.
