[Tech] Front End noise?

Have you taken your car in for the noise? I would just like to hear what other dealers have said. I'm not sure if I wrote this originally but I took it in 3 times a year ago and they finally told me they were working ona new "updated" part for the noises. So in the summer of last yer they finally called me to schedule an appointment to get the "new" parts on. Well they put the ew ones on and it still made the same noises after about a month or 2. I do not know what to do. Let em know if you got rid of the noises. Maybe the dealer put on bogus parts???[/b]

I did, to two different dealers. The first noticed an unusual sound when they were test driving it after some other work relating to hard shifting. They apparently had a good look but couldn't find anything wrong. The second tried to trace the noise but to no avail. I am plannining on going back next week.
How many people have emailed you with this problem? I am interested in compiling some numbers to include in a letter to Mazda.
Have you spoken with anyone at Mazda USA?

I have a 07' Mazda3. I also have a front end noise. When I go over a speed bump, tracks, etc., I hear the "squeegee" sound. It's been in the past month or two. I'm headed to the shop in a few days. I will let you know what they say...

Good news ladies and gentlemen:

Bulletin #02-0007-06 addresses this front end noise problem. Our 5 is going in as soon as the dealer receives all the relevant parts. They have also decided to change out parts in the rear. Hopefully we'll be back to a quiet vehicle soon!
