I have 95 Protege with automatic transmission.
Days ago I drained the differencial gear box oil through its drain hole.
then I took out the transmission oil pan, drained the oil and replaced the filter.
I filled the transmission oil with 5.3 qts of Dexron 2 through its dip stick tube as stated in the owner's manual.
I looked for the differencial gear box filler hole but couldn't find it.

Is the differencial box connect with auto transmssion box? So that both auto tranny oil and gear box oil are filled at the same time?

Thanks for your reply!
