[Tech] bpt swap j-specaz3

hello am new here to this site. am looking for some help, i just swapped a bpt into my az3 1995 dohc 1.5l. i changed the entire engine bay harness and ecu to work with the bpt engine. now the fuel pump dosent come on, are there any suggestions as to what went wrong. am told that the ecu isnt getting any power. i would like to know if ther is an online manual for my car anywhere because i cant seem to find one, thanks.
