[Tech] no spark????

i have a 92 mazda mx-3 with the 1.8 v6. the headlights stopped working so i took it to a shop to have them fixed. when it came out of the shop it would not run. there is no spark at all. i replaced everything in or on the distributor. still no fire. it turns over fine but it wont spark. the fuel pump is working. no blown fuses. rotor turns. took a test light to the two connectors on the distributor and they are getting power to their.
any help would be great.

anyone know where the headlight relay is?
