Hey x man rockford is not a cheap brand, what I mean is that if u want an "original" look with oem radio just go with the economic line of any reputable brand..the one u like most..& yes, ur right, the louder the exterior (loud pipes) the higher u must turn volume, to cope 4 the extra noise, the higher the volume the more distortion from the amp section of radio .. is a matter of balance.. a science to do more with less ...
