Either one of these engines would fit in this truck I believe. I think that a 351W may be a little big though (I believe the W is a big block). As for the rear diff, you would be ok for a while, but would eventually require an upgrade. After time handling all that torque it wasn't designed for it will start to make noise, but you should get quite some time before this happens.

As for performance parts, try www.summitracing.com or www.jegs.com both of these are where I buy all my performance parts. For anything appearance try JC Whitney. Also, I would go heck out some Ranger or S-10 message boards depending on if you want to go the chevy or Ford route. There'll be plenty of people who know what you're in for on there with this engine swap.
