Don't buy the plastic wedge mounts that seem to be available everywhere with adhesive in one package. They're too fragile and will need regular replacement. I went to a local windshield replacement shop and picked up a steel wedge mount and JB Welded it on top of the OE mount.
The mirror only needs switched 12v power...the sunroof is switched but since you have no sunroof, a wire running down the A-pillar to the fuse block will work too (I tied mine into the cig lighter circuit)
