Hey mate, you are right about it being the yellow wire with blue trace. I have labelled it as no.10 on the second plug in the thread about wiring (which not all is correct).

I had to get some diodes (not sure which code now, but its readily available on the net) and trace all the negatives from the coils back to the ignitor (so they were all in the same place) and tap into each one and connect them all, then send a central wire to that yellow/blue in the kick panel. You need to make sure you use diodes, otherwise the coils can communicate. They also need to go in the correct direction.

The 929 is used to seeing a single coil signal, which is why you need to connect all the multi coils together. To test if its going to work before you do all the wiring, just bridge off one coil and send it to that yellow wire. The needle should move, but not until you get into higher revs at it will only move 1/6th the revs as it normally would (eg, it will display 1000rpm at 6000rpm) if this works and you get some movement then you will be sweet.
