but you gotta be patient and make sure you ask friends about who to take
dont listen to the newbie... he obviously doesnt know about www.ratemyprofessor.com

the key to success in college is to find the easiest teachers so you can get that A with minimal effort ... this site lists teachers and the surveys filled out by students so you can figure out who to take or not. unfortunately for me, i discovered this a little too late

grr, im a freshman at the american university in d.c, lst semister classes were a joke, this time i have to wake up at 8 in the morning, and on mon and wed im there until 3, and my first 2 classes suck big ass, IST design, where you gotto design and basicly build a new computer system everyother week, then i go on to this history of early western civ, which is taught by this 85y/o history nut with the coke bottle glasses. then princibles of mang is sweet, and the guy is cool, but afterwards i go to princibles of economics (marco) and my teacher is a very angry indian lady, she just keeps yelling and yelling and yelling about what we need to know and how the book will never help us- then to top it off, on tuesday nights i have my biology class(which im in now) and the lab, the whole thing goes from 7:30-11:30
///BHRpowered, are u originally from the d.c metro area? just curious. my cuzin is graduating from au this may................. it's a good ass school.........

I've always found that statement sort of ludicrous. If the instructor thinks the book won't help me, then why the **** did they make me pay 40 bucks for it?

Sorry I haven't been on the site in a while, by the way...this semester and my work schedule are kicking my ass. I promise new Updates next week (since my employer is beginning to cut back on hours now).

40 bucks. **** id love that price. My law book was like 75. princibles of mangt was an ungodly 96, and for some reason computer class related books are 120 and up. but school attire is cheap, hooded sweatshirts for like 25, t-shirts for 10. long nylon running pants 15, shorts 15, I have like an entire spring wardrobe. hahaha I'm gonna be coaching the JV crew team at my old high school, but probably sporting nothin from them. seldom. original born in carmel ca. moved to fairfax va when I was 5 due to parents work. I always wanted to go to AU regardless of distance

Well I'm going into 8th and this will be my last year of middle school, so this is my routine. (I have to be in school by 8:00, but your tardy if you get there past 7:45). Now we have this schedule on Monday and Wednesdays are computer day, and Tuesdays and Thursadays are T.V. day. Friday, we have to go outside and get some fresh air.

I'll start getting back in the school schedule on August 9th again, since that is the day teachers have to start going back to set up again. Lucky me. August 16th is when actual school starts though. My kids are still to young for school, but I'm a teacher, so I still have to go back. I'm pretty used to the schedule though. You can see boarding schools for info.
