Was in a meeting this morning and my Assistant came rushing in saying "Sarah's dead, Sarah's dead !"
She was one of my staff who was pregnant and due to be induced TODAY !!! What was even more poignant was that I'd received an email from Sarah the night before complaining about how uncomfortable the baby was and how she couldn't wait for it to pop out. News Report can be read here. Such a shame, she will be missed !
