PS: i know of a similar story with a diff ending. A coworker of mine used to have a maxima and belonged to a forum called NYC maximas (guess where they were all from? ). Well one dude had custom made a carbon fiber hood for his max (not sure on the gen) and was the only one with one from that company, apparently top notch ****. THe dudes hood got stolen. 2 days later its on sale on craiglist from crooklyn, ny. He had scratch something on the bottom of the hood to identify it.... the hood being sold had the same scratch under the hood. So these dudes decide they are ALL, bout 30 or so memebers, gonna meet up and go for the hood... it would either intimidate him or they would kik his ass till he couldnt breath and take the hood.... then the original owner of the cf hood decides to go with the cops and he then finally decides to not go at all. So the crook got away with it... The end.

LMAO... i concur with 1 - 8 ME...

Yeah it was pretty lame but he was scared that the dude would come back and mess up his car since he knew what area the car was parked. He apparently left it parked in the street therefore there was risk of some one jus passing by and fkn it up so he let things be.

If I told a cop around here that my rims were stolen, and I found them on CL for sale and I was gonna meet the guy they could give 2 shits lol. I would've had to taken matters in my own hands somehow. Props to the cops for actually doing what their supposed to do. Protect and SERVE. Instead of looking for chicks or window tint on cars .
