How do you draw? on paper and then adding color on computer, or .. ?!

Those are bad a**. They are REALLY dam good. Do you sell them? One of my favorites is the red Ferrari on the fifth or sixth page. Oh and the Dodgers ones GO DODGERS!!!! Haha. But they are all great.
