I dont know if the factory unit has rca outs, so you should assume it doesn't.

In which case you have two options:

A kit which converts the signal from high input (standard speaker wires) to low input (RCA leads)

Or an amp which has the high and low input on it...... the converter kit will give you better quality, but the high input should do ok if you are just running a bridged connection (sub)

hope this helps

Default Vlc Media Player

when i connect my i pod, its directly into the Amplifier.I have tryed disconnecting the antenna, but the noise is still there, so I don't know what to do now, i dont think returning my headunit is an option, even tho its only 2 months old, because i dont think its covered under warranty because I installed it myself, even though I did nothing wrong.

You can get a line out converter from future shop, and just tap it into the rear speakers. Get the cheapest stinger one it works best. Now just install your amp like normal. What I did for my remote wire was connect it to the remote on the amp run it up the car to my feet, sauder it to a switch and then run another wire back to the 12 volt power on your amp. Just make sure you hit the switch when you leave the car or the sub will stay on.

Yes there is you would have to get a speaker wire to cra jack converter box or run speaker wire from the deck to the high input of the amp..
