Looking to fix my protege

Hello all, I have a 2000 protege with the 1.6l i4 and I am running into some trouble with more than a few things. Firstly the engine has been stalling upon start-up (or not starting at all) replaced the plugs and it still hesitates but starts now. Has extremely high idle once its started sits around 2k rpm when cold, once its warmed up the engine drops down to about 500 rpm and tries to stall. This car also chews through belts like crazy I have had it since 2016 and have replaced the belt myself 4 seperate times and had a mechanic do it 5 times. Has a brand new alternator and water pump so not entirely sure what's going on there. If anyone has any idea on how to fix any of this it would be much appreciated, also worth mentioning it has no codes reading whatsoever. Thank you in advance.
