Intermittant Brake Warning light

My Brake warning light come on from time to time, this past week. Shortly after the first time, the brake fluid master cylinder reservoir was dry, I added about 3 oz., never lost brakes. No sign or smell of leaks, brakes work fine. May need new pads Front and rear.

Bleed the entire system and refill with new. Replace the brake pads.
